Bringing Cowork Coplay into a unified brand family

Cowork Coplay operates under the Human Quotient Group umbrella. Human Quotient Group (HQG) is a social enterprise that creates career pathways and professional development opportunities, particularly supporting the Defence veteran community and women. The organization offers coaching, consulting, training, and community-based programs designed to support growth, wellbeing, and connection.

The goal of this project was to align Cowork Coplay’s website visually and structurally with the Human Quotient Group brand, while maintaining its identity as a distinct program within the larger organization.

The design across both websites has now been unified — including shared color palettes and typography — to create a cohesive brand experience and reinforce the relationship between HQG and Cowork Coplay.

Design Cohesion & Brand Alignment
The visual redesign focused on consistency across both sites, ensuring that layout, fonts, and color choices clearly communicate the connection between the parent company and its program.

While the design is complete, we are currently refining the written content across both websites to further clarify messaging and distinguish each brand’s voice. This collaborative process ensures that structure, visuals, and copy all work together to present the organization clearly and strategically.
