Project Overview
Sheldon Berger, a long-time resident of Mandalay Bay since 1972, is a realtor serving beach homes, beach front condos, and boat dock communities in Southern California. His website needed a fresh design that connected with Multiple Listing Service (MLS) programming, with a style reflecting the coastal environment while maintaining a professional, trustworthy tone.
The project included both website design and basic logo development. The visual direction draws inspiration from sand and ocean colors, creating a cohesive brand identity that aligns with the properties he represents.
The site also features MLS search functionality, allowing visitors to explore available properties within the marina communities he serves.
